Samchil currently uses a contact plus verification review intake boundary. The site does not ask users to submit secrets, regulated personal data, or confidential third-party data.

Information Samchil may receive

Samchil may receive only the information needed to respond to contact, support, and verification review requests.

  • Message content, language preference, and timestamp
  • Optional product repository URL and package metadata
  • Optional build/test logs and verification notes

How the information is used

Submitted materials are used to respond to requests, assess verification fit, and operate Samchil support or review workflows.

  • Product, verification, partnership, or production availability replies
  • Support, correction, deletion, and post-contact support handling
  • Verification review intake and evidence assessment

03 / Retention

Retention and deletion

Contact, support, and verification review intake materials are retained for 90 days after the last support or review interaction unless deletion is requested earlier or longer retention is required for dispute handling or legal obligations.
