These terms describe the public service boundary for Samchil. Samchil provides evidence-backed verification information for software assets and does not replace buyer legal, security, compliance, or production review.

Service scope

Samchil publishes software asset pages, verification levels, known limitations, and supporting evidence where available.

  • SVS levels are current-state signals supported by reviewable evidence
  • Verification Reports must match actual evidence and known limitations
  • Mock or sample products and reports are not live offers or real evidence

02 / Limits

Verification limits

SVS is not a certification system and does not remove buyer responsibility to evaluate the asset for their own environment.

  • No guarantee of bug-free software or absolute safety
  • No legal, regulatory, compliance, or security certification
  • No guarantee of suitability for every environment or use case

03 / Purchase

Purchase and digital access

Paid module purchase paths are available only when checkout, package contents, live price, delivery access, and refund handling are implemented and reviewed.

  • Samchil Modules v1 delivery uses GitHub Private Repository source-code access after confirmed Polar payment
  • Access, refund, and support issues should be sent to support@samchil.dev
  • Customer-facing badge, pricing, and availability claims require owner review
